Every file is identified from its column headers, not its name, so renamed exports still match. Amazon and eBay reports with intro lines above the headers are handled, and so are tab-separated and Excel files. Repeated files and transactions are caught before anything is converted.
Everything happens in your browser: the files are never uploaded. The download is one zipped copy of the folder in the same layout, with a Conversion report.txt listing what was converted, what wasn't and why.
PayPal, Shopify, Square and Stripe files become bank uploads (QuickBooks Online .csv, Web Connect .qbo or Desktop .iif for PayPal) or Xero bank statement imports. Amazon, Etsy, eBay and Gusto files become journal entries, which import into QuickBooks Online Advanced or through a tool such as SaasAnt or Transaction Pro, or into Xero as manual journals.
