Pick the folder that holds one subfolder per client. Each client is identified, screened for repeats and converted on its own, and a file that turns up in two clients' folders is flagged, since it may be filed under the wrong client. Nothing is uploaded: it all runs in your browser.
The download is one zipped folder: a converted folder and a Conversion report.txt for each client, plus a summary for the whole list. Counting and checking are free; converting comes with Bookkeeper Pro.
