Drop in a QuickBooks Online report for each client and compare them side by side: sales, purchases, bank, journals and payroll, plus the monthly average you need for quoting and billing, and a check for transactions that look like they were entered twice. Group clients for fee reviews or collections, see a suggested fee for each one, and spot clients who have outgrown what they pay. Free, no sign-up.
The client's name is read from the top of each report, so you don't need to rename the files. You can also click any name in the results to change it.
Next month, just drop in a newer report for the same client. It updates the months that report covers and keeps the earlier ones.
🔒 Your files are read by your own browser and never uploaded.

In the Fees view, the suggested fee comes from your fee settings. Type over it to set your own fee for a client, and click ↺ to go back to the calculated one.
Tick clients to save them as a group, for example this month's fee reviews. Click a name to rename it, or a column heading to sort.
"Avg / month" uses the months each client's reports cover (within your From/To dates, if set). A dash means that period is outside the client's reports. In the Fees view, Trend compares the last 3 months with the 3 before, so it needs 6 months of data.
Counts include every transaction that posts to the books. Estimates, purchase orders and other non-posting items are not counted.
"Possible duplicates" checks each file you added on this visit for transactions that look like they were entered twice. Click a number to review them. The check needs the transactions themselves, which are never saved, so clients remembered from an earlier visit show a dash until you add their file again.
Transactions with the same amount, close together in date, that look like they were entered twice, for example a sales receipt plus the same money added again from the bank feed. These are suggestions only: check each one in QuickBooks before you change anything.
